​What is Aromatherapy Massage?

​Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of plant-based essential oils. Each essential oil has a unique chemical composition, containing tiny but powerful molecules that can have a stimulating, balancing or relaxing effect on the body or the mind. During massage these molecules are absorbed through the skin into your bloodstream which can improve circulation and relieve muscular tension.
